The role presents an opportunity for a highly motivated person to gain a diverse, hands-on range of technical and commercial skills as well as inter-personal and client-facing skills in a dynamic consulting environment. Implementation of data warehouse and business intelligence solutions using SQL Server, Business Objects and Oracle technologies. Conducting requirements analysis and definition workshops with clients. Production of relevant documentation to a good standard.
Installation and configuration of Business Objects. Preparation of Business Objects reports, dashboards and analyses.
Both candidates should have experience of
*Business Objects XI release 2
*SQL Server 2000 or 2005
Other Desirable Experience
**Business Objects version 6
**DTS or SSIS ETL Tools
**Other popular Databases such as Oracle or DB2
Any experience working within Healthcare, NHS, Public Sector, Local Government, Social Housing or a University would benefit but not essential as would any consultancy experience.
